If you do not want to lose 30 minutes of your life looking for parking, do not move here, there is never parking and if you want a parking lot you have to pay an extra 40 dollars, it is a daily fight, not to mention rats and insects and the poor quality of the apartments and their heating and air conditioning system!!

I moved in April office staff Terry,Sharon,Kelly, Debbie,Laura every staff member and maintance so pleasant to be around and are willing to do anything to make it a comfortable living environment. The pool,gym,trails and lake is amazing. Last night they held National Night Out for all police officers and first responders. It was a amazing event great turn out.Plenty of food games prizes and fun.If your interested in to moving into a quiet,great location close to everything and are planning on staying long term Lakeview/Laurel woods is the place to be!

First I just want to say thank you to the managers Sharon Terry for having amazing communication skills and kindness .I also would like to thank Kelly Leasing agent and the rest of the office staff for their hard work and kindness on getting me moved in smoothly and quickly. I had a few minor issues upon move in and maintance was out within hours to fix the issues.  Maintenance was very professional and had no problem fixing the minor issues in and out fast.Its quiet here and very peaceful here. No issues using laundry room or gym everything works great! Hands down 5 stars without a doubt!Excited to use the pool next season.And what a amazing turn out for National police and responders .So many police officers and first responders came out to meet and greet residents at pool party August 4th 2026.Once again Lakeview management has gone above and beyond anything I expected!Thank you!

Since the leasing office burned down, it has been extremely difficult to contact anyone or get maintenance problems resolved. We leave apartment for work early and usually do not get home until after 9:00 PM, so communication by phone is very important. Unfortunately, we have also had some unwanted “visitors,” including rats, mice, and cockroaches, along with mold growing on the bathroom ceiling (no ventilation ever). I have called the maintenance  many times, but I usually reach someone who is not located at the property. They repeatedly promise that maintenance will contact us, but we rarely receive a follow-up, and the problems remain unresolved. Residents should not have to repeatedly call and chase management just to have serious health and safety concerns addressed. Also, they entered apartment without notice and permission sometimes. I was lucky enough to have Asia Drummond as my neighbor and I can't say enough about her! She also works for Kamson and has guided me in the right direction and given great advice when I had my own questions and concerns. Worst place to live, mouses everywhere, they don’t fix the issue they suck! All they do is take your money and don’t help resolve no issue I wouldn’t recommend living here! Everyone that I know that live in them townhouses and apartments have mice, they say get a cat like what!!!!  mice running in and out!!!! None of the carpets are new nothing in new in these homes are new!!!!! They paint over everything and writhin 6 months the paint coming off walls,  holes everywhere from recent renters nothing about Lakeview is clean nor new! The people in the office are ignorant! WORST PLACE TO LIVE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME OUT ASAP!!!!!!!  We in 2026 with tht new mice virus be aware they don’t care! Mouse shit all over in them townhouse!!!!!!

If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would - honestly, I'd give it negative stars. My family and I have lived here for 5 years. At first, it seemed like a nice, family-friendly place, but over time we experienced the true horrors of Lakeview Apartments. First, let's talk about the bugs and rodents. I understand that the complex is located near wooded areas, but the amount of bugs and mice here is absolutely unacceptable. My entire family, including my youngest daughters, have seen mice constantly - sometimes every month, every week even. It is disgusting to pay this much money just to live with a rodent problem. Several people I know moved out within a year because of the same issue. At one point, sewage from my neighbor's apartment overflowed into mine and leaked all over my clothes. My children had to breathe in the nasty smell, and our belongings were ruined. No family should ever have to experience something like that. Parking is another nightmare. People who don't even live here take residents' parking spots, and management does nothing about it. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everybody's conversations. The insulation is terrible, and overall this place is poorly maintained. What really makes things worse is how fast management is to take residents to court over rent, yet they fail to properly address the serious issues within the complex. They also make it extremely difficult to break your lease. making tenants feel trapped. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. You have been warned.

PLEASE BEWARE. I’ve lived here for 5 years and the rodent/insect problem has been nonstop the entire time. Mice, bugs, constant issues , yet the rent keeps increasing. Nobody should be paying luxury prices just to live with infestations. Pest control does temporary fixes at best, but the problem never truly goes away. Going on my 2nd year at Lakeview and it's been great. Nice roomy apartment and the staff is great. All the office staff and maintenance staff have been very helpful and professional. 😀
